Consultancy is the first step in most of our services. At this stage, an informative meeting is held to determine the requirements of the client and a preliminary examination of the site is undertaken.
Our internal consultants are experts in Local Exhaust Ventilation. They have gained extensive knowledge and understanding of a myriad of industrial processes through decades of on-site experience.
This industry experience allows us to ask all of the correct questions to efficiently move towards the best solution to your needs.
Our initial question is invariably "What exactly is the process?", as opposed to, "What is the contaminant?". The subtle but crucial distinction is that: RCS Consultants consider far more than simply extracting the contaminant.
Aside from the innate curiosity we search for when recruiting, RCS staff are trained to realise the unexpected benefits of an LEV system beyond clean air and peace of mind.
RCS's initial consultations are usually free and although there is no obligation to proceed with proposals, we are confident clients will be happy to continue with our service.
After consultation, the desgin process can proceed at the client's request.
Our Project Manager organises and oversees all new LEV installations, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. Communication between Site Managers, Project Managers, Engineers and Users is essential to the efficient installation of LEV solutions. This will begin for the work to be scheduled at a time to best suit the client and minimise disruption to ongoing production or other site developments. Strong communication will continue throughout the installation and also whilst the system is tested and optimised. In keeping with the ethos of our company, RCS will continue to provide advice and support following installation.
RCS's friendly LEV Engineers are perfectionists when it comes to the work they undertake, working tirelessly to provide their clients with solutions which everyone can be proud of. With the confidence and knowledge which can only be developed through years of experience, they study site plans and LEV designs thoroughly to ensure time spent on site is time spent progressing with the work.
Health and Safety is central to the role of RCS and clients can be confident that all appropriate precautions and safety measures will be taken by all RCS staff.
Our Engineers are licensed to drive forklifts and operate the necessary access equipment etc. for installations, testing and maintnance
